houseplandesign.in have designed and developed the plans with utmost care and we expect it the same from our clients. Please check the details carefully before purchasing as we do not accept refund request.
Payments on time: We will send your plans only after received the payments agreed.
Timely response from the client is required for a successfully and timely completion. Any delay or failure in such situation are not to be blamed on houseplandesigns.in
If the client doesn't provide requirement information to proceed our work we do not assure to deliver on agreed time.
All designs, plans, and related intellectual property remain the property of House Plan Designs until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the specific project discussed.
Most packages include 2-3 free revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery.
While we ensure our designs meet standard building practices, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local building codes. We recommend consulting with local authorities and engineers.
Projects can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. After work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
By using our services or purchasing our plans, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
